The conference fee (100 Euro) preferably should be paid cash at the registration desk in the entrance hall of Senckenberg museum. It includes conference facilities, lunch buffet, welcome dinner on Monday and Koenigswald reception on Wednesday.
Accommodation for invited speakers is booked in Sophien-Hotel Frankfurt for five nights from Sunday Nov 15 to Friday Nov 20. Sophien-Hotel is in walking distance to Senckenberg museum. see also www.sophienhotelfrankfurt.de
All other participants are requested to book hotel rooms by themselves. We recommend to do this as early as possible due to an economic fair taking place at the same time.

For invited speakers travel expenses will be reimbursed after the symposium. Please bring a receipt for your tickets with you to Frankfurt. To calculate accordingly in advance we kindly ask you to let us know the amount of your ticket costs until 15.10.
