    2005 - 2008: Student of Prehistoric Archaeology at the Institute of Pre- and Protohistory at the University of Vienna.

    April 2008 - August 2013: Student of Palaeolithic Archaeology at the Department of Early Prehistory and Quaternary Ecology at the Institute of Pre- & Protohistory and Medieval Archaeology at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen

    August 2013: Acquisition of the academic degree Magistra atrium (title of the master’s thesis: „A technological revision of the „MSA 1” at Elands Bay Cave (Western Cape Province, South Africa)”; the master’s thesis was integrated in the DFG-Project „The lithic technology of the Early Middle Stone Age in southern Africa“).

    since December 2013: Ph.D. candidate at the Department of Early Prehistory and Quaternary Ecology at the Institute of Pre- & Protohistory and Medieval Archaeology at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen (preliminary title of doctoral thesis: „Bifacial Technology and the technical lithic system of the lower deposits in Sibudu Cave (KwaZulu Natal, South Africa)”).
